Project Deliverables
- Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
- Source code, design files, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of Whitecodes Infotech unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or private information shared during the project. This includes business data, project details, financial information, and technical documents.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party applications, APIs, plugins, hosting providers, or integrations.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party downtime
- Policy changes
- Bugs or issues within third-party platforms
- Costs associated with third-party services
Clients are responsible for purchasing required licenses unless agreed otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
Whitecodes Infotech is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or profits
- Business interruptions
- Security breaches caused by third-party systems or client-side mismanagement
- Errors resulting from incorrect client inputs or delays
Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
9. Warranty & Support
We provide warranty and support as per the agreed proposal or contract. After the warranty period, any updates, bug fixes, or maintenance will be chargeable.

10. Project Termination
A project may be terminated if:
- The client fails to provide required information or approvals
- Payments are not made on time
- Either party breaches the agreed terms
In case of termination, all completed work must be paid for. Advance payments are non-refundable.
